It should be noted that the Funko Pop! are nothing more than packaging intended to protect the figurine inside.
The Funko protective boxes are in no way articles, but rather original packaging for the figurine.
The American company Funko does not guarantee the figurine packaging boxes; they constitute only a simple packaging.
“Collectors often keep boxes to preserve the value of Funko figures in the event of resale to other Collectors where prices can easily reach sky-high prices.”
However, under no circumstances can the Winged Skull company be held responsible for the behavior of the delivery person during the delivery of the package.

Funko Pop boxes and figurines! are subject to careful verification and careful inspection of their condition.

Other information :
Despite all the efforts of the creator and Supplier of the American company Funko, some boxes may be slightly damaged during the sending and receipt of Products in stock at our premises, this is beyond the control of the Winged Skull company. .

Manufacturing defects (such as paint, for example) are not acceptable reasons for returns.
In order to avoid any abuse, Funko Pops with a possible chase variant, as well as Mystery Boxes and Treasures Boxes will not be returned or exchanged.
Funko Pop conventions include the following events: ECCC, SDCC, NYCC, Winter Con, D23 Wondrous Con, etc.
On the item box, a shared sticker - otherwise called shared - will not be guaranteed.
In certain situations this will be replaced by a “Special Edition or Limited Edition” sticker depending on the geographical distribution of the American supplier Funko.

Our return policy is 14 days (14 full days, including full non-working days and public holidays) after receipt of your package.
Please note that no complaints can be processed after this deadline has expired.
